What can you write to us about?

• Bug reports: if a feature doesn't work, a result looks wrong or a calculator gives a wrong value, telling us what you searched for and what you saw helps us find the problem.
• Mistakes in our guides: if an article has missing or out-of-date information, let us know; we'll check it, correct it and update the article's date.
• Suggestions: a feature, tool or guide topic you'd like to see on Ekorama.
• Personal data (GDPR / KVKK): write to find out what data we hold about you or to have it corrected or deleted; we reply within 30 days at the latest. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
• Your account: if you can't sign in or a password reset email doesn't arrive. You can also delete your account yourself at any time from the account panel.
• Donations and partnerships: organisations that want to work with us on tree planting or animal shelters, and press questions.

When you write

As we keep no search history, we can't see what you searched for. If you're writing about a search result, just include the search term in your email. We will never ask for your password or card details; if a message claiming to be from us asks for them, it isn't from us.
