Terms of Use
In short: Ekorama is a free search engine. Results belong to other sites, don't misuse the service, and you can delete your account whenever you like.
This is a translation; the Turkish version is the binding one.
1. The service
Ekorama is a free search engine that passes your searches on to a search provider and shows you the results. By using the site you accept these terms. The service is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors.
2. Search results
Results and the pages they link to belong to third parties. We are not responsible for their accuracy, timeliness or legality. Weather information comes from Open-Meteo and MET Norway data and is for information only.
3. Donations
Once there is ad revenue, we will set aside part of it for planting trees and for food for shelter animals. Donations are made in bulk from total revenue; they are not tied to individual ad views. Details are on the Donations page.
4. Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from the account panel; the data we store is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Unacceptable use
- Sending automated queries to the site or bulk-collecting results (scraping).
- Trying to disrupt the service or get around its security measures.
- Using the site for an unlawful purpose.
In these cases we may limit or block access.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If there is an important change, we announce it on the site. The date at the top of the page shows the last update.
